Broken Door On Feros Skyway Near ExxoGeni Refugee Camp

I encountered a terrible bug on Feros. I completed the game about ten times before without any problems and suddenly when I want to go back to Zhus Hope after I cleared the geth out of the main exxogeni facilty the door after the refugee camp where Ethan and Juliana are that leads back on to the skyway doesn't let me through anymore.

I tried using different savegames, starting entirely new games, reinstalling Mass Effect and there is always that dead end on feros. I have searched everywhere for a solution to get that door open, I even contacted customer support, but they only referred me back to the forums.
