My Vanguard femShep uses Reave, while my Sentinel femShep uses Energy Drain. Most fun power ingame, cos you can suck an enemy's shields(or the very health of a geth/mech)to replenish your own shields, which are prolly taking hits.

1)Solder- no bonus
2)Vanguard- no bonus
3)Infiltrator- area energy drain, I like to play infiltrator more as a combat engineer than a pure sniper
4)Sentinel- AP ammo, I can only get to level 3 with my assault sentinel build. storming assault sentinel is like a more caster oriented vanguard. if you like vanguard it's worth a try.
5)Engineer- dominate
6)Adept- area energy drain
I'd say that adept and soldier are my favorites, with infiltrator a distant third.
While I use them on one of my classes, I generally think that ammo powers for bonuses are overrated. Try doing a few missions without them and you'll be surprised how well your guns still work.

For my first playthrough, I went with Vanguard and Barrier as my bonus talent. Mostly because I opted for the 'risky' strategy of Charging into most battles to give enemies shotgun blasts to the face, and Barrier combined with the shield recharge of Charge was very helpful in keeping me alive.
On my second and current playthrough, I'm going with an Engineer and Neural Shock as my bonus talent, although I may later swap out Neural Shock for Energy Drain.

P.S. anyone else think that the Engineer is the best or/and funnest class in the game should join the new group called Engineers Unite

Currently Adept with Warp Ammo. Play throughs went as follows:
Vanguard with Slam, then Barrier
Vanguard with Barrier, probably tried out most everything for s+g's though
Soldier with AP Ammo, then Reave when I realized the ammo power was redundant
Infiltrator with Reave probably, forget exactly but its usually my go to extra power
Sentinel, again probably with Reave
Engineer with Reave or Energy Drain depending on the mission
and now Adept with an ammo power since cooldown times mean ALOT more so I need something passive

Vanguard - Before the save editor, it was Reave or Energy Drain, depending on the mission.
After I got the save editor, it became Reave *and* Energy Drain, and my Vanguard imploded into sheer awesomeness. Being able to Jack Bauer whole squads yourself is it just possibly too awesome.
I ended up getting so sick of how crap Cryo ammo was that I just replaced it with Warp Ammo. Some overlap with Inferno, yeah, but it's damn near a universal ammo type and works well with my pulls.

Infi- Dominate, for laughs. Let someone else do my work for me. I had a dominated enemy kill Warden Kuril for me, that was classic. I went up the left hand side, dropped the shield, stationed my squadmates so Kuril would concentrate on them, dominated one of the legionnaires that come in from the right hand side there,a nd he had a clear shot up to Kuril. Also Slam's really good for husk missions, short cooldown.
Soldier- Don't really need one, the build's awesome enough as it is. As one other poster said once: "It's Soldier. Put your points at random if you want, you'll still have little trouble. Same goes for your squadmates".

Soldier.
I haven't specced a Bonus Power as yet, but if I decide to, I'll choose Heavy Geth Shielding.
It can be maintained for a relatively long time, can be used to recharge shields instantly as well as being able to use it multiple times in succession and has two bonuses from Research Projects (2/2 Geth Shielding and 6/6 Tech Upgrades).

I kinda agree, as it breaks the lore a bit, but hey, bonus powers should be open to everyone.
I still think Reave and Energy Drain are the best of the bonus talents.

I just choose something (often Energy Drain or AP Ammo) until I can respec and get rid of it. I don't like using any of the bonus powers really, there's already too many points I want to spend on the base class powers to bother with them. Rather just play with the powers you are given, it actually kinda bothers me you are forced to take one when you start a new play through. Really wish there was an option to not choose one, or at least just get a free point as a bonus instead from the start.

Vanguard - Reave
Sentinel - Warp ammo
Inflitrator - Neural Shock
I'm one of those people who simply can't give a biotic power to a non-biotic or a tech power to a non-technican. ^^ Allthough I'm fine with giving ammo-powers to any class, it's just ammunition after all.
