According to the god-awful search engine one here, no-one has ever mentioned anything about upgrades to vigil keep before. Ever.

What are the available upgrades? So far I've gotten the walls rebuilt using granite, I've brought Veridium and Silverite to Wade to produce armour and swords, and gave that loony dwarf two batches of Lyrium Sand.... and I'm not really sure what else to do. The Achievement isn't flagging up and Yuriah isn't selling his whole stock (I'm particularly after the Paragon Lightning Rune tracing) that he supposed to do when the keep is fully upgraded.
Ideas?

Bring iron to wade and herron too for them to armor the troops with. Also, did you pay the 80 sovereigns and find the granite both, or just one of those things?
If I remember correctly, that's it for upgrades. 3 metal types for wade to work with, the lyrium dust, and paying sovereigns as well as find the granite samples and dedicate people to guard the mining of it.
If you look at the wikia, it'll list everything in case I missed something.

I'm not sure, I logged into my game just after completing the third of the main quests before talking to Verel about it. Here are the completed quests in my journal and the paragon lightning rune is present.
Cost of doing business - gave 80g for the hiring of men
What is Built endures - Found the Granite
Elemental Requirements - Wade has all the materials for your soldiers.
Bombs Away! - You found enough lyrrium sand.
The only thing I can think of is the two traders that come to the keep, the Qunari in the Woods and the red-headed female that is a random event on the roads, I have both of them present (although the red-head showed up prior to me actually triggering her due to some kind of bug).
Hope this helps as a reference.

Ah. Apparently there's another ore deposit in Kal'Hirol that I haven't gotten yet. That's my next mission.

Oh, I don't know if this counts as an upgrade, but did you do the quest in the basement? I think it's called 'it comes from below' or somesuch?
I don't think it counts as an upgrade, but it definitely helps in the final battle.

Yeah, the silverite is one of the three 'upgrade your soldiers' armor and weapons' metals.
