Because a bunch of random threads is harder to sort through.

Post any bugs you may have found here so it's easier for Bioware to work on them for the next patch.  Please include as much detail as possible, including what may have triggered it and how you were able to avoid/fix it, and what system this occured on (and what OS if on the PC).  Please also make sure this is an actual bug, and not a user-end problem, such as hardware.

And now for my bugs:

Load times (PC, Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit):  The longer I play, the longer load times get.  After about an hour, the load time is unbearable.  Restarting the game 'resets' load times, but after another hour another restart is required.  Because restarting seems to fix it, this is probably a problem with how the game handles temporary cell data.  When first starting, my computer loads the initial save game and any area transitions in the first ten minutes or so in about thirty seconds.  After an hour or two it loads in about five to ten minutes.

Combat stance (PC, Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit):  Occasionally, after exiting combat, my character is still hunched over in the stance taken during combat, albeit with weapons holstered.  Hitting combat again or a load screen fixes this.

I suppose it would be more of a glitch than a bug but there's a codex glitch for me regarding beating the Redcliffe questline

*spoilers if you haven't beat Redcliffe yet*

For both Connor and Isolde's codex entries it states that the Circle of Magi was brought in when in truth I chose to let Isolde sacrifice herself. I figure it's a bit of a glitch since it isn't what happened through my choices, and something so big as sacrifice I'm fairly certain would be listed on the codex.

This is the PC version, running on XP.

Bumping this with a minor pathing bug:

*Spoilers*

When freeing Shale from the nightmare during the mage tower quest, you can't go past the statue at the entrance point using point-and-click movement, even if you change into the various forms. You can, however, walk past it "manually" by moving your character using the W key.

Screenshot showing what character does: http://img.photobuck...esnightmare.jpg

Basically, the character will keep running into the statue and moving the camera doesn't help. I've noticed that along a narrow line crossing the path next to the statue, the cursor turns grey, like when there's something you can't click on. So even though you can click the area on either side of the statue (as shown on the image), the character till not move to said area, likely because the game assumes there's a narrow wall blocking the path.

It's a minor thing but can probably frustrate people if it happens to them, since they will be unable to free Shale, unless they switch to manual walking.

I started the Dalish Elf character, played til just after the Ostegar battle and hit an encounter *SPOILER* (the one where you meet the malabari hound you helped save).

Not sure when it happened exactly but my elven rogue who has a dalish longbow as her first weapon selection, and dual swords as her second, started with the bow of course then when it got close switched to the swords, had frozen weapons activated, anyway I noticed that she was weilding the bow and the arrow pouch as/instead of the swords.

The damage etc was correct as far as i could tell it just looked mighty stange backstabbing with an arrow pouch etc and when she holstered them they appeared in the position the swords should be which also looked weird. it went back to normal after an area transition though.

I've found that in several cinematics the dialogue will cut for a large portion of time. I'm missing plot points and having to guess what was said from the choices I have after.

I also have a glitch in the codex where it says Isolde sacrificed herself. She's actually alive; I brought in the Circle.

Attack Speed Bug - If you stack multiple attack speed increase effects, like Haste + Momentum, your speed will be reset to normal.

Haste and Swift Salve apply an aim duration penalty instead of bonus . Haste gives a +0.8s , and Swift Salve +0.9 penalty.

Enemy wolves' Howl ability is not correctly applying the -5 defense penalty.

Any off-hand enchant do not proc at all while backstabbing.

It says that for everyone. All the time. Regardless of what you do.

I've tried to create a couple of characters and the eye color slider seems to be non-functional.......the iris color stays black no matter where the slider is. I have installed the latest patch and the problem is persisting.

ETA: Never mind, I got it to work by changing screen resolution and detail settings Posted Image

Ok when is someone gonna fix the female rogue human noble :devil:when she appears in the game she gets stuck when you talk to the knight if he speaks to you first then the war won't finish and she is stuck in the city waiting for the battle to end. Also can you make a patch that allows you to refuse joining the Duncan I would like to kill him at this point.

found a missing wall. When entering the Orzamarr commons from dust town, turn immediately right. The indented wall to the left will allow you to walk right through it, and if you wander around in the black emptyness too much, you can get stuck there with no way of returning to the rest of the area. This happens both if you start as a dwarf commoner or when you get back to Orz later on.

Don't know if we have any place else to report bugs, but I just ran into a rather amusing one with a certain boss fight... but first just a quick one: you can use bonus-granting equipment to meet weapon requirements, then keep the weapon equipped and fight with it once you remove the bonus-granting equipment. It's how I completed a certain quest as a mage that needed me to fire an arrow, but I didn't have the dex otherwise - which I'd say is also a bug in the quest since I had an archer companion.

* SPOILERS BELOW *

I blew the horn on the mountain top, knowing
the High Dragon would come down and mop the floor with me. However, it
flew/pounced on top of Leliana and didn't move anywhere, only roaring
occasionally to stun her.

Here's a screenshot of how we were positioned. Reloaded since it was an undeserved 240 XP.
