If only the rest of the story was of this level. I didn't see that military guy, Cross I think, actually being your former cancer coming, though.

As for actual good twists:
-Sovereign being an actual Reaper. Not impossible to see coming and in itself not that great a twist, but it's execution was masterful.

-Chrono actually dying in Chrono Trigger

-Kalas, the protagonist of Baten Kaitos, actually being the traitor. NEVER SAW THAT COMING.

Hehe, well LoK is one of my favorite game franchises as are the other two I mentioned in my post. There's a lot more twists for both LoK and MGS because of their deep plots.

I also remembered another couple from Bloodlines:
the Cab Driver is Caine
The body in the sarcophagus was replaced with a bomb by Jack.
Jeanette and Therese are the same person.

I totally have to finish that now. Damn it all.

TWEWY is probably one and the ending to FFX. I swear. For all the hours I put in that game to find out Tidus was really just a whiney dead idiot instead of an alive one. Ugh.

Yeah FFX one, didn't like Tidus at all, but finding out at end he was already dead, was a nice twist in a evil type of way if you couldn't stand him
