i've been getting this alert on the origins disc since after playing awakening:

"unable to access your online profile storage. the game has encountered an error."

i've heard that the 360 has this problem sometimes too... but what's the deal? is there a reason for this? why isn't bioware looking into this???

thank goodness it's not just me. i would think more people would be concerned about this. i saw the topic was huge on the 360 forum and has occurred for some time. i don't know if this problem has to do with awakening on the ps3 though. i deleted a couple characters on my origins game saves, as well as on my character manager here, to see if it's gonna change. the only thing is, i'm kind of afraid to start it up after this whole fiasco with freezes on the new update. it's bad enough i'm having issues just connecting to the server, freezes would be even more ridiculous.
