My first couple of playthroughs, I was a soldier - adrenaline rush was fun once I had the widow and I became very reliant on the sniper and assault rifles.
After this, I wanted to try something different so I picked up the Vanguard - it was incredibly different with biotic charge bringing up shields every 6 seconds but the potential to get your face killed if you picked a bad charge target. I thought it was a lot of fun.
Now I'm looking for something different, but all the other classes look fairly bland - besides soldier and vanguard, what sticks out? What plays in interesting or awesome ways? And why do you think so?
What class should I play?

Adept. Singularity and warp explosions are fun. Very tactical class to play.

Agree on the adept. Just bring squadmates who can defense strip and then once they're down to health use pull, singularities, and warp explosions.

If you like using the Widow, I'd definitely say go with Infiltrator. Not only does time slow down EVERY time you zoom in, the cloak makes your shot even more powerful. Couple that with the headshot boosting visor, and armor piercing rounds, and you're a force to be reckoned with.
