Yeah ... good fic for once. Pretty much gave up on fanfic due to most of it being rubbish.

Nicely done, although there will be hell to pay for BioWare if they go this direction.

So, the turian councilor also dismissed the Akuze incident then? That would explain everything.

Especially Doctor Lawson ... that outfit alone has to be wishful thinking.

The "Turian Concillor" is Dr. Bob Kelso, former Chief of Staff from the series Scrubs.

The hospital he's at had better be called St. Elsewhere.

They could add this as a twist to the game though. It's a really good fanfic.

I'll try adding something if no one minds.

Tali: A sick patient in the hospital while Shepard was institutionalized, she has come to eventually become friends with Shepard and humoring him when his stories involved her. In exchange, he listens when she wistfully talks of her people.

After being deemed healthy enough for a leave, she lives with her family and disappears from Shepard's life for two years.

She is reinstated in the same ward a Shepard when a catastrophic accident kills her father and severely injures her.

Added with the constant medication Tali is put on and the trauma of losing her family, the patient loses ability to tell what is real.

Recognizing Shepard, Garrus and other people she formerly knew , the patient clings to them.

She is moved to a separate ward when it's judged, that Shepard's stories are having to much influence on her, but is moved back when she becomes hysterical and destructive without her old "commander" and his tales.

The Patient, (like many others) reacts aggressively to anything related to the Cerberus Community Group.

Garrus: A cop who was stripped of his badge and made to guard a hospital as community service for "brutality" in an interrogation,

Former Officer Vakarian became an acquaintance of Serviceman.Shepard through the hourly breaks where he chatted with the patient.

Mr.Vakarian disparaged the police, resulting in the lack of trust Shepard has in most forms of authority.

The Turian continues guarding the hosptial after Shepard is transferred for several months before turning to vigilantism.

Mr.Vakarian, inspired by his conversations with Shepard, forms a "squad" of those discontent with the police system.

He is admitted as a patient by his father, when his "squad" is killed by criminals and in the melee of the fight he receives a bullet.

Although he survives, he doesn't regain all his mental faculties.

(Whether it's the actual physical wound or the psychological shock, remains to be seen)

He now periodically talks with Shepard when he doesn't play with the toy guns his father bought for him.

Mordin: An aging doctor brought in by the Cerberus Director Timothy,

Doctor Mordin specifically treats the after mentioned patients. Labeling them as "difficult"and "depressing", Mordin still helps the patients by listening to them, talking and periodically entertaining by singing and curing the patients of an occasional bug. He still somewhat hopes in his own words " Make better. Help overcome difficulty. Miracle exist. Not lose hope".

He is however, facing difficulties as his failing health, the news of the arrest of his grad student and "mercykills" catch up to him.

Legion: Name given to toy robot Shepard seems to have stolen, while Cerberus personnel have tried to retrieved the item, Shepard has resisted and it has been concluded that taking the item is not worth the risk of having Shepard go back into a suicidal relapse. Patient Tali'Zorath oddly hostile to this robot.

Thane: Patient treated for lung cancer, Thane Kryos conversed with Shepard in his free time.

He was visited by his son, before dying in the medical ward a few weeks ago. Cerberus has not deemed Shepard ready to receive the news.

Tell me if there's something I can improve.

I skipped those which I couldn't make up a story.

Urdnot Wrex: Patient treated for severe problems following his patricide, he somehow got along with Shepard and indulged in Shepard's fantasies. When discharged of the hospital, he was convicted for murder.
He meets Shepard again when he escapes prison and takes refuge at the hospital. After a conversation with his old "squad mate", Wrex exited the hospital where he was gunned down in a firefight with the police.

Cerberus has not deemed Shepard ready to receive the news

Very well done only two small things, firstly in Legion's case is he simply a child's toy? Secondly is Tali still supposed to be a Quarian or is she meant to be another race?

In legion's case,I suppose. I could just be some robotic nurse or just a child's toy.

In Tali's case, I don't know. Shepard never really see's her since she's either just a quarian or always in bandages or something along those lines.

Now you just need to write out the whole Saren thing. Perhaps Saren was another doctor there and Shepard thought him to behind an elaborate conspiracy?

Saren and Benezia, due to their own complcations, were easily deluded into believing anything that other people said. Their fascination with the Reaper myth that existed only within the vivid hallucinations of Shepards mind caused him to become paranoid of their behavoir, eventually turning on them, ambushing the ailing Asari Matriarch during dinner, and killing her with several stabs from a dinner fork. This traumatic incident, as well as Shepard's ability to convince Saren that he was being deluded by characters of Shepards delusions grabbed a guard's pistol and committed suicide to "save himself from the reaper menace."

After these events, Shepard was given limited access to other patients.
