Project Update:
Almost ready for upload

I am finishing the final touches on inferno up now, then I will package the mod and upload it to my projects
Here is the current status of inferno armor for those who were wondering.

It should be up within two hours, I am doing touchups and working on the helmet. I want to keep the detail on the helmet as I have with all my other armors. This mod will include two variations (shiny and un-shiny)

This mod is now completed and available on my projects page:
Black Armor Mod has been re-packaged into one zip file called Black Armor Mod (Complete Package).zip
It is still all of the individual files so you can pick and choose which armors you want, just re-packaged to get around "you have exceeded the maximium number of uploads" that the bioware file uploader seems to have implemented.

Black Armor Mod includes all of my new armors
3 Terminus Skins, 2 Blood Armor Skins, 2 Cerberus Skins + 1 helmet file, and 2 Inferno Skins.

I was using this mod for a while, but after a crash, opening the menu makes Miranda disappear. Is there something I can do to fix this?

Follow the directions that were already posted here. After reading so many people not being able to make this work, I could help make the files for them with any name and set-up. The trick is that IT HAS TO BE a new game start, you cannot edit an existing save if going by this thread's directions. But I can make a  new game fully loaded with all talent points and at max (or any) level with any name you please..

If you want to do this on your own, simply download the RCW ME2 ModManager. The problem with it is that it completely overwrites your coalesced file with RCW's, which is just the original file with armor and casual outfits added that one chooses when making the selection. The manager does allow for adding cheats though. You can get it here:

Addendum:

This link goes to a new file released for RCW doesn't seem to allow for casual /armor set-ups from the henchmen , but I have the older file that does.

Anyone know the code for Morinth's head, that doesn't display Samara's "eyebrow plates" or whatever they are? I've tried many variations, and they all give the plates---but I've seen "plateless" faces on Youtube vids, so I know it can be done.

"ASA_HED_PROMorinth" is not it, or not enough. I don't think it's either of these:
BIOG_ASA_HED_PROMorph_R.Morinth.ASA_HED_PROMorinth_MDL
BIOG_ASA_HED_PROMorph_R.Samara.ASA_HED_PROMorinth_MDL

PS---anyone have codes for Liara's or Ashley's heads? I've found them in the pcc files, but a zillion different variations of head-codes hasn't gotten either to work yet, even with loading appropriate "locations".

Now that Overlord has come out I've ran into some problems with my edited C.ini. The C.ini has been replaced and all of my changes are gone. How can I add ONLY the new data from the C.ini to my edited version?

Forgive my ignorance for I haven't installed Overlord yet:
Would it not be easier to add the changes in your edited original C.ini to the new edited free C.ini?

Like if you changed mouse scanning speed, stats of some weapons or added armors.
Just add those appropriate lines into the new Coalesced.ini

The thing is I've made a lot of changes. I cannot recall all of them. I was hoping there was a way to have something look at both files and see what is different between the 2.

Just use FreeDiff (search google) it lets you compare differences between two files, quite useful.

Yes, god, don't be so precious. Make backups, experiment and have fun. Write an me2mod with the mod manager with just your changes and you can apply them after every patch with one click.

At the very least when you make a change to the coalesced, prefix it with a comment ";" so you can search for it later. Always use the same unique prefix and notepad++ will let you search for all instances of it within the same document.

The files are identical, you can just keep using your old 101 edited version...

Folks, is there a way to edit the Hammerhead, like editing the guns?



I want to make the missiles do far greater damage, but tone down rate of fire - essentially making it a slow-firing, powerful weapon rather than the spew-spammer it is now.

Two interesting things from BioP_Char.pcc:

BIOG_HMM_HGR_LGT_R.LGTb.HMM_HGR_LGTb_MDL - Old Helmet (Fits Merc Mask/Old Breather Mask, Has a gap between helmet and torso if not using old N7 Armor meshes)

OK, don't know how I never got this before, but the full code for Morinth's head is:

No "mdl", think that's what was messing me up. Anyone got Aria's? I can get *a* head to work from the Probase etc ASA file, but not hers--it's not even blue.

I want that too, been searching the PCC files etc but still haven't found her head code--tried a bunch of variations.

Well, I got Ashley's head--no hair though, will probably have to add it like for Jack, but Ash's hair textures still don't work 100%--I found a few in the PCC's, will try to get a 100% Ashley head+hair. But in the meantime, Ash's head with Kasumi's body works perfectly.

sorry i know its in the form somewhere but i cant find it, OK so the Q is how do i change the color of scars i have posted to the mod creator but its been a few weeks with no reply. i messed with the save editor and changed the eye color but there is a scar color option and i change that but that does not a single thing
