Nolenthar, I once had the same problem, now I can change the DLC .ini files like i want. I use the text editor. My mistake was that I had the DLCs twice installed. The first folder was in

C:/Program Files/Mass Effect 2/Biogame/DLC. The same folder was in the folder where your save games are. For Example Documents/Bioware/Mass Effect 2/Biogame/DLC. Try to delete the DLC folders in there if you have made the same mistake. Then you can shange them, activate the DLC again and enjoy.

Oh, wait, there could be another problem. Do you activate the DLCs via Internet? Google for

"giveme2entitlements"

and dload. Activate via this program.

Thank you Darman. I actually read this today after I posted this message. I was waiting to get back home to try this.

IMO, what is illegal is to have a DLC and not having paid it.
I want to modify my collector weapon, and I paid it. So, it becomes, IMO, legal ... as there is no other way to do it.

I don't need the giveme2entitlements to use illegal stuff, guy. I just have no internet on my gaming pc, so i needed something to activate the DLC other way. I also paid for the game (and the cerberus network) like many others.

Darman, it's working perfectly well for most of the DLC. Some others (Arc Projector, Incisor), it doesn't.

Weird. Whatever, I really wanted to modify my collector weapon, so I'm done with it.

Mr. Kusy, what do you want to do with your camera ? I know we can make it closer or further, but alter the angle, I don't think so. Actually, for cutscenes, it seems to be scripted, and the coalesced.ini doesn't alter this.

Sorry if this has been asked before, but I'm wondering if there is any way to play as Legion?

I once dabbled in modding months ago and was able to get the body working but not the head. I'm wondering if it can be done now and without disabling level streaming or whatever it is that makes memory usage shoot up.

Inverness, clearly not, you can just change your clothes. Legion, it's a completely new model.

Yes, it possible to change to a completely new model. I've seen a screenshot of someone customizing Legion on the armor screen.

Ok, sorry. The problem is that we see bunches of screenshot on the web but not that many tutorial or guide on how to do something. It's like my eclipse armor. I saw a lot of people choosing it on the appearance customizer, but not that many playing with it.
So, if you could explain us, that would be great :)

If someone wants to play with Legion, I can't. People have screenshot, but do they play with it ?

They do. I can use the legion model. It's pretty easy, same procedure like with all the other armors. Add the body model as a torso and the head model as a helmet. Then make a binding for: only load level Bio_Geth_00 (or something like that! don't copy!). press the binding button, open the armor locker and choose your legion parts! finished.

If someone has no idea about all the things I wrote and want's to play legion, I can upload a coalesced of me somewhere. But many others did this before.

Ah, If I do StreamLevelIn BioH_Geth_00, it will show Legion on the armor screen when I'm selecting the stuff. However if I go to another level where I'm using that actual Legion armor and I execute the command, then Shep wont change to reflect that. I also noticed if I have Legion with his loyal appearance in my squad and I execute that, it spawns a second Normal looking Legion, haha.

I admit that I didn't really understand that part with the Armor Locker and how it works.
I'm studying a coalesced.ini using this so I guess I will get it soon.
I guess it could be great to add a coalesced.ini (commented) in the project.

I need to find some way to refresh/respawn Shep's actor when I execute the command so it will use Legion's model that was just loaded in, or make the command execute when the level is loading.

You should be able to have Legion where you want. You just need to press numpad 1 each time you change level.

No, that crashes it. I need the other level name that it is supposed to load when you want to show the personalization menu, the cabin level name I think it is.

Edit: Ok, this works for me!:

Have to make a change, even if you move it back to what it was originally, so the button will say apply, then your model will change to Legion or whatever one you selected. Great =D

Finally, we got something working. That's a great news because I wanted to have a way to equip/unequip my helmet whenever I wanted to. Using what you just posted, I guess I can easily put or remove my helmet without having to get back on the normandy.



Has any of you been able to equip the eclipse armor ?

How does one do that, by modifying FOV or by other means as well?! :)

Could some please upload a modded Coalesced.ini with Kasumi available to "wear" (body and head) as a casual appearance & armor appearance for my MaleShep & FemShep.
If anyone could do this I would be very grateful :D.

so i did manage some stuff in the coalesced i have 2 questions anyone ever managed to get nonstandard bonus talents to carry into the mission? i like my pull on my soldier but it wont stay on area change

Same goes to give yourself a evolved power per bind? i can get a power and rank3, ill spend the 10 points for the evolve before and wouldnt mind the hurdle to press a button on a area change to get what i selected, would even go with givetalentpoints 4 but that adds them to my squadmates as well which is very annoying

(and no one scream bad cheater here, i finished insanity with each class and everyone surviving(cept jacob))

Thank you in advance, id even take coalesced with working additional bonus talents, can compare them with mine too see how
