Just wondering if Cryo is better due to the more controll you get out of it since as a vanguard your always in a mobs face so I was wondering Cryo would be better right? What do use guys think?
Vanguard Cryo Ammo is better then the fire one right?

The Squad Cryo + Inferno Ammo set up works best.
The added control isn't all that much being that any organic enemy that would be freezing from cryo is instead panicking from being set on fire. Neither a frozen enemy or an on-fire enemy can shoot back.
In addition, Inferno ammo has an area of effect around the target. Not only will your target suffer from a "panic" condition but those around him will too.
The only times when cryo offers more control is against synthetic enemies, but in that case you have Squad Cryo to switch to. And that's not always better being that Mechs have armor on HC and Insanity which you really want Inferno Ammo for.
Usually I only switch to cryo when I'm facing Geth.
