I have played the Origins game through the end with several Characters; City Elf, Dalish Elf, Human. Mage and Rogue . Male and Female. I have yet to find the Warden stash at the warehouse in the marketplace. On another note, I have downloaded Shayle. Shayle has not been at the final celebration at the end of any of these games. Please advise. BTW.....I love this game.

Shale never appears in the final celebration, it's a bug.
As for the Warden's Stash, you can get to it after the Landsmeet I believe... once Riordan (sp?) is in the Estate.
You talk to him and he will tell you about it (perhaps it requires a particular conversation sequence). then you go to the warehouse that is directly across from the Wonders of Thedas, and I believe there is a hidden door in the North Wall... go through it and the stash is there.
(It's basically miscellaneous stuff scattered around the room... nothing really special... just a lot of free junk loot).

You know what... I misspoke (well, mistyped).
You meant the Warden's Stash at Warden's Keep didn't you?
Sorry, that was my fault... I was thinking of something else.
For the Warden's Keep Warden's Stash I believe you have to find all of the codexes in Warden's Keep, and after the final battle, in the room just down the stairs from the final battle, there is a wall with a fireplace and a picture. You have to interact with the picture and then a chest comes out of the wall.
I've found it in every playthrough so I'm not sure how it could be missed... unless you didn't interact with the painting before you left the keep.

more likely did not find all 4 codex entries the last one in the tower is tricky and can be missed

You can get to the stash before the Landsmeet. After you escape from the dungeon and talk to Riorden. It's really easy to get it, just go the the Warehouse, and near the back there is a little area with some bookshelves. The left bookshelf can be activated, revealing a door to the stash.
