Evon's sounds like it will be the more lasting of the 3 though.

Why don't you bring all of your armor choices into Awakening, (just leave them in your inventory) then decide which one to use once you get there?xedgorex wrote...
I've already done awakening so i know it's pretty easy.

Because his gonna want to conserve stamina and doing so youll need either Evons +wade or Cailins, they obvious better choice, i know some say you can take potions for that, but every potion you take is 1sec not doing damage.

Not that any of that matters though. There's nothing stopping you from taking all the armor choices with you to awakening, then choosing which to wear once you get there. Though you'll probably end up either selling them all, or handing them to your companions to wear. There's Lots of much MUCH better armor to be had in Awakening.

I was kind of bummed at not wearing massive armor, but having like negative 6% fatigue is pretty sweet.

It will still make a rather big difference between having 10% fatigue or near 30% fatigue penalty, you burn out stamina way faster than you need to, even with the warrior skill that allow you to recover full stamina which runs on cooldown you can still come in situation where you in short end of the rope, less you wanna again use other means which i wouldnt past using mage rejuvination or the warrior skill, since again using potions a fail, mayb just be my opion but every time you spend a 1sec drinking potion is a second not doing 100-200damage or more, and is simply not worth it for a few extra armor or strength.
I will never understand the irrational fear of Fatigue in this game. Are your warriors so pitifully weak that they can't utterly eliminate this game's pathetically easy mobs before their stamina bars run out?
Because mine aren't.
Your loss. There's nothing stopping you from wearing massive armor... which is made for a warrior. It's only your own, self imposed limitations that's keeping you from optimizing your warrior with the best armor he/she can wear.xedgorex wrote...

And Yrkoon, not all of us want to optimize our characters. For me it would be boring to play every character optimized, because then they'd all be the same (when playing the same class). I want to explore the possibilities. And yeah, even with pretty much optimized character I run out of stamina at some point, because I use skills A LOT (I like doing so in fact). Also, it doesn't seem in the sense of the DW warrior to wear a massive armor. DW is based on dex, and in a roleplaying sense it is much more reasonable to wear heavy armor instedt. In Origins, my DW used to wear the Drakescale leather armor until I got the Evon's for her. Have to confess though, I did use the Warden Commander armor after I got it, but then again, it looks much better than for example the Sentinel... (now I revealed I'm all for the looks hehe).

What is this better armor in the Awakening? I still use Evon's, even though I've done most areas and quests and finally got Justice as well. And I also still use a helmet from Origins, the one which gives the PC +5 to dexterity, because haven't found anything more suitable (IMO that is). And the Sentinel is ugly, yuch. There is not so many armors to choose from actually. There's Sentinel, there's the Storm-thing (can't right now remember the whole name of the set) and then there's Venture (if I remembered that correctly either - and talking about ugly...).
Well there are those and then there is also Clamshell, all of which are arguably better than Evon's, though not on all acounts. Doesn't really matter though, I took clamshell over venture only because I liked the way it looked better (on a female char especially) and I already had more than enough constitution and defense from insane bonus all over the place.

Once you get the armour of hirol defence or armour of sentinel. You'll be using them all the time.

There are ways to make up for stamina loss without "optimizing" your character. Take the Clarity skills--on a warrior, really, once you've maxed Persuasion and Combat Training (which you most likely already did in Origins), what else is there to take besides maybe Vitality? Slap a Reservoir rune or two into your armor. Have a companion with Herbalism brew up a stack of Stamina Draughts and set yourself a tactic to drink them when your stamina runs low. Use Second Wind (really, is a split-second animation really going to rob you of that much damage?).
I, too, am all about the looks of my armor, and using these strategies allows me to wear, say, Venture armor just because I like the looks of it without having to worry about the fatigue penalty.
