I think it's legitimate because the woman has not filed any lawsuits. As if I didn't already have enough reasons to avoid processed foods, here is another one.
Here is a video of it.
Prepare your own fresh food or else this may happen to you one day!

I don't think the woman knew, but I think the kid did.

Unless you're advocating making every meal out of absolutely 100% fresh ingredients every time, I don't think that'll work. And doing that's impossible.

It's fake. The rat is more dense than the Spaghetti-Os And there for would sink to the bottom of the can and not float on top.

It wasn't spagetti-O's, it was spagetti. The spagetti was really thick, I doubt the rat would sink.

It's not impossible. I only use fresh ingredients, no processed foods.

Don't you think the scale at the end would reject it, Unless of course a rat is the same weight by volume as the pasta. Hmm, I think it is time for some experiments. I'll get the canned Spaghetti you get the dead rats.

I think this is totally feasible.
The rat probably fell into the food fats and was canned.

Really? You get your milk and cream straight off the farm?
And for ones that couldn't hide a rat but still break your idea, you also churn your own butter?
That's just off the top of my head. Unless you live next to the source, it's outright silly to pretend you're 100% fresh.

I'm a strict vegan but even if I wanted to get fresh dairy I could as I live in a rural community with family farms. I shop at the farmer's market for my produce when it is open and Whole Foods Gorcery during the fall and winter(more expensive but still high quality organic foods).

Time to do some gratuitous rat violence.

Yes, but not everyone can afford to eat organic and fresh.
Junk foods and processed foods cost less then fresh foods and organic.
