I find in annoying in ME2 when you cannot get the guns to match the armour in colour. Especially if you spent ages working out the colour scheme to get it looking just right for your armour but then your weapons ruin the look for example. Red gun with blue armour does not work in my opinion (that aint my armour colour by the way) It would not be difficult to make it happen if it was done for the armour it can be done for the weapons.
You could if you wanted have it able to change the appearance of the guns themselves e.g. add scopes, or even different casing to it.
I think it would really make the character look special.
Also have the ability to have the lights on the armour and to have those lights in different colours please.

I think this is a good idea, but VERY secondary, these guns are basically stock weapons that you find. I don't think they look that bad, my main complaint is that heavy weapons have serious clipping issues with the sniper rifle.

Meh the rev, Claymore, Widow, particle lazer and the hand canon go good with my armor since it's black and red, but ya i would love to change the textures for our weapons.

How about choosing the models? I know that is probably the biggest stretch out there but I would like to still have my full auto HMWA AR model, which I like more than the Avenger model.

i chose dark blue armor because the armor lights are light blue. chose the widow instead of revenant even though i like the revenant way more, but i use the geth pulse rifle instead because it is blue whilst the revenant is reddish
