[Higgage]

Okay, so, I was doing the Presidium Prophet quest.  Some minor spoilers follow.

Ah, also, if this isn't the right forum for this, I apologize.  I'm new to this forum.

I convinced the hanar to preach elsewhere, and, assuming the assignment was complete, I left.  Later, I checked my journal to see that I forgot to speak with the C-Sec officer.  I go back and, while there is an exclamation mark on my minimap, the officer is nowhere to be found.  I've looked all over the Citadel.

Is there any way to complete the assignment?  I'm playing on a 360, so I can't use the developer console.  This is my second playthrough, and I'd really hate to finish all but one assignment.  I know this particular assignment has no bearing on Mass Effect 2, and I'll leave it behind if I have to, but I really shouldn't have to.  Let me know if I should just contact Bioware about it.
