Most of my injuries don't seem to be caused by difficulty but by getting sidetracked. I'll be to busy watching the fast paced action and gore. That slow motion assassination of and ogre alpha or another random decapitation, I may just need to slow down and pause more often hehe.

Had to reinstall so my total number of injuries are not showing. I had 6 on my mage. Most of my injuries occur because I am busy yelling at Alistair. I have learned a lot of strategies to prevent injuries thanks to now knowing what I know in each area. Treating party members like children and making them hold hands in certain areas helps (like in the deserted building----where the Trevinter statues spew out fire---I have Leliana walk alone and find and disable the traps first.)

My first character was a dwarven commoner fighter, and not really well optimized, as I went for 2-handed weapons rather than dual wielding, for which I got a free tallent. Didn't use stealing either, so that was another wasted freebie.

Got throught the game with 30 injuries, and what felt for me like a very enjoyable level of challenge.

Now, on my second playthrough, with only half of Orzammar and the landsmeet+the stuff after to go, I'm playing a mage with 9 injuries so far, and finding it much easier this time. Mages are really powerful.

It's interesting to see how my third playthrough will go, as I'm intending to play a rogue that time.
