I bought ME2 on steam a couple of weeks ago. Downloaded, installed, played through once (fantastic story and game btw). Now I want to try the free DLC, Cerberus, Firewalker. Problem is I recall creating a Cerberus account and entering the code when I installed ME2 but I didn't download anything at the time because I just wanted to play the game. I have a vague recollection that the page said I could download later. OK. Now I can't find a link to download any DLC. And the only link I can find requires me to enter a code, which I do. Then I'm told the key has been redeemed. Yes, by me, but nothing downloaded yet.

I can connect to the Cerberus network okay because I can see the second "laptop" on the right hand side of the login screen. I can page through the different DLC items but I can't see anywhere that lets me download them.

I must say I get a bit confused by all the different accounts I need to create but I think I got it right because I have both an EA account and a Bioware account which I set up when I got DA Origins (another awesome game) and Cerberus connects ok.

Can someone help this confused old gamer. Thanks.

The download location is in Profile -> Your registered game promotions. social.bioware.com/user_entitlements.php
