[Virtual winter]

I was browsing the wiki and saw the list of  'standard' names for the characters ( dragonage.wikia.com/wiki/The_Warden#First_Name ) . Who kept one of these names during his or her play actually? I tried one once, but I quickly stopped playing that character. I found thinking up a name made the character seem more alive to me.

So, because I'm curious - let's fill in your (main) characters according to origin:

The first two came from a fantasy name generator. Lessa, on the other hand, was the name of the default elven thief that you can play as in Baldur's Gate.

My Orlesian Warden is called Geraud and resembles Geralt of Rivia from the Witcher.

For some reason I've used standard names for all women so far while the guys have names that are a bit different.



Male elf mage: Vadim - since Alim seemed to short and it was on a list of "magic related" names.

Male human noble rogue: Devrim – Means revolution in Turkish, my idea was sort of a Robin Hood character that wants to change society.

Male dalish rogue: Therion - I couln't resist just adding a letter to that, I love the band.

What ever RPG I play, I always pick from a set of names that I always use:

Maximus (Gladiator)
Octavian
Rashana (will combine with Xanus to make one name ie. Rashana' Xanus used in ES4)
Xanus
Xavius

But I guess to be specific for this game thus far:

Human Rogue male: Xavius
Human Warrior Female: Xanus

....and yes each one has a story of why I use them and which one's I use for evil and for good.
