It seems that all of shale's files such as items and talents are in the packed DLC pack and unaccessible, and I cannot find raw 2DA or raw scripts about Shale elsewhere. I tried to add talents to shale through ABI_base.GDA but it does not work.

So is it really impossible to mod Shale? Is it possible to access the 2DA that relates to Shale and is it possible to access his talent scripts?
