I personally thought they were all very weak, and borderline sucked. It was like Bioware was scared to really do anything with the love scenes because of the flack they got from them in ME1.

Started out kinda cute, and funny, wish they would have kept it more silly and didn't try the whole semi sad part near the end. Also a little touching and such would have been ok, instead of just a head bump.

I thought Thanes was the best at actually showing believable emotion. You could almost feel his frustration and anger. Plus it fit his character very well.

Many loved it, I just didn't buy it. Her character just did way too much of a 180 for me to find believable. Also the running mascara should have been cut from the scene. The scene would have been better imo, if Jack actually had more time to open up. Her change was just way too swift.

Felt like a bad porno. We get that she was the "sexy" character in the game, but I would have like to see her have a classy love scene. The engine room scene just felt wrong, and to be blunt kinda stupid.

Most of the ME2 romances were AWFUL (Tali's and Jacob's stand out as the worst!)! The only decent one was with Miranda and you had to play that romance correctly or else it could have been cheesy.

No opinion on ME1 romance scenes.
Second one it's Jack for MShep and Thane for FShep. All the scenes are touching, but these two are heartbreaking, and add some nice character development.

Okay, this is on the scenes themsevles (not the buildup), and only includes non-DLC ME2 characters.
For FemSheps, Garrus. Facepalm-inducing, lulz all over the place, and surprisingly sweet. Don't mind that it was just a forehead bump, because I DO NOT want to see a naked turian. EVER.
ManSheps: I can't believe I'm saying this, but Tali's. My God, it was too damn cute. And I don't even like her that much. Not revealing her face was a sneaky and brilliant stunt. Shepard himself sucked in it, but it's kind of a Mark Meer thing. Don't get me wrong, I like the guy, but he fails at romance.

I hope that you are joking. However, Tali annoys me so I may be biased. Her hero-worship of Shepard just makes me want to puke at times, especially considering that her fan-girl tendencies can translate into an actual relationship.
