 Garrus beyond a doubt. It went from an awkwardly planned night of "blowing off steam" to the realization between Garrus and Shepard that they were kindred spirits/soul mates and had a love and respect so deep that nothing is going to break them while they have each other <3


Hell, it's the first romance/love scene in any game/movie/book that I actually liked. And that's saying a lot

You might be right with his being the most memorable.  "The Prize" stuff didn't jump out at me when I saw it and I wouldn't have given it a second thought if the messageboards hadn't went nuts about it.   However, I remember feeling totally emasculated when he took his shirt off (really wasn't expecting all that) and the look on Femshep's face afterwards is burned into my soul. 

Anyway my favorite scene has got to be the gunnery chief's.

You can become memorable for doing something so incredibly bad it defies logic, that does not turn it into good, and its certainly not a reason to encourage more of it.  I dont encourage people to become serial killers just because their crimes become memorable.

Kaidan's is my absolute favorite, although the "JOKER'S WAITING FOR YOU ON THE BRIDGE" part was kind of odd.... The scenes in ME1 are so much more passionate imo.



For the ME2 scenes I have to say Garrus's is my favorite. He tries so hard to make the whole thing less awkward it's so adorable.

Of those I've seen I'd have to say Jack's. This is because in my opinion she has the one with most feelings in it.

Also Garrus' one was quite good.

I love Garrus's...it's so sweet. (Although I confess I was upset the first time I saw it. I thought, hey, that was a rip-off! LOL. But I've completely done a 180 on that now.)

ME1 love scenes are the most mature and realistic. While Jack's pulls at your heart strings and is ambiguous in whether she and Shepard consumated their relationship or just kissed and cuddled (I'm inclined to think it's the latter).

Jack's by far. Oh so romantic. I rolled a dudeshep just so I could romance her. Garrus is a close second. The awkward sweetness and thoughtfulness on his part is just heartmeltingly adorable.

They were all pretty good, it just depends on what you wanted in your romance.

1. Miranda/Jacob- Sexy and really passionate, more lust kind of thing.
2. Tali/Garrus- Awkward because your different species and they've known you a while.
3. Thane/Jack- Heartbreaking because of their backgrounds and the situation.

In order of what I think are the best:
1. Thane- The dialog and voice acting were well done. A few of my friends even got teary eyed watching it.
2. Tali- It was really funny and suited her character, only disappointment was that it seemed short
3. Jack- It was sweet and heart warming, although it seemed a little soon
4. Miranda- Dialog and voice acting were well done and the scene itself was okay, not epic though.
5. Garrus- Dialog was okay, but it wasn't very romantic. They never even touch, they just lean in.
6. Jacob- It was very... Uhm "passionate", but totally flopped in dialog and emotion.

I'll have to say Tali since none of the others really fancy me, but the whole "Let me just turn away from the camera while I take off the mask," kinda left me sitting there going "That's it?"

To be blunt, I thought all the romances scenes in ME2 were on the weak side. It was like after the flack the devs got from ME1, they toned down the romances in the sequel.

Garrus - was kinda cute, and awkward, yet had no real passion. And the fact that absolutely nothing was shown, was a bit of a let down.

Tali - much like Garrus, it was cute and kinda akward. It did come off as sweet, but also not much was shown. Could have been great if a tad more was shown.

Miranda - lacked any passion, and came off as a bad porno scene.

Jacob - see Miranda, and just add the prize.

Jack - had the most passion, but also was a tad bit awkward (not in the good way) with her crying through the whole thing. Aslo seemed a bit too rushed.

Thane - had alot of emotion, and was touching. But needed a little more then a kiss and the proverbial fad to black.

Kelly - no real romance, just came off as sex.

I've not played femShep (yet, though when ME3 comes out I think I'll marathon a femShep trilogy playthrough), so I can't comment on several of the romances. However, I would far and away say that Paragon romance with Jack is the best, unless we're counting the almost-kiss between Shepard and Samara

Which is odd, because I actually felt like the ME2 romance scenes were a bit racier. 

They showed less skin but the quality of them went up a notch in sexuality - look at Miranda's and Jacob's and Jack's (renegade).

Or at least, that's how Miranda's voice actress felt when she got interviewed on camera and the interviewer flashed a clip of the entire sex scene on a big screen in front of her and had her watch it right in front of the audience.

Poor Yvonne. She didn't even see that sex scene until after the game had been released. She was like wtf.
