My name is mchael and i have problem: i can't seem to login to my account on dragon age: origins.
i have already registered the game and entered the redeem codes for the fury of shale
Does anyone know what the problem could be?

Did you get confirmation for creating an account ?
Probably you were to fast and entered code too soon. You can't enter same code more than once, so it could be lost forever. I know it's frustraiting, but sometimes programs don't work like we expect.

What does the game 'say' when you try to login?
I believe I had the same problem when I tried to login for the first time.

is says, system error, please try again later, and it's frustrating, is was hoping to see the downloadable content.

Try to connect through browser (IE, Mozila, ....) not through game, so you wil know if your account is registered at all. There are some issues with certain firewalls, that block ports needed for connection. You have to manualy enable those ports for app to work properely.

Check your antivirus program, mine blocked the connection the game tried to make with the internet.

I' ve read it somewhere but can't remember where. Sometimes its just problem with to many players connected to their profiles on certain servers. I'm through the game twice (as mage) and have 4 characters created, but only one appeared in profile, I'm playing with rogue now and nothing from this character is updated yet. Maybe we just have to be patient to succesfuly connect to server.
