Noticed a few today, it's deffinetly the new stuff, wasn't there after kasumi DLC.
First there are new stories by emily wong on citadel, 3 or 4 of them.
And then - Shepard is a better dancer now!!! He seem to losen up a little and he actually smiles when dancing now! 
I'm sure there are more, i've yet to revisit other hub worlds. so if some of you find any more changes and add ons please post them.

P.S.  I think a new DLC is coming.
