When I go on Cerberus network they never show up. HELP!

By that, I'm assuming you already typed in your code?

Go to:

Profile > Your registered game promotions

on the left side of this screen. If you already entered your code (correctly), your item should be there. Check first to see if you've already suceeded.

My item is there but I cant find it on Cerberus Network on the Xbox

I'm on PC, so I can't help you with xbox stuff ... but I do know that "other" items, such as kasumi, aren't on cerberus network.
Does anyone else know?

Edit:
By that I mean Cerberus network is meant to be "free items available to everyone" stuff, and anything else is a separate download.

Hm. I downloaded my Dr. Pepper stuff off of the Network. This is weird.



When you entered the code did you use your Bioware/Xbox account?

Well, you could start by explaining what you want help with. I can't figure out what you're asking. How to download? Install? Get the codes in the first place?
