So they could leave post it notes everywhere in the engine room that they did it for Tali to see.

Had to be done.
However, I would blast Miranda outta the airlock if the romance actually went like that. (Even if I didn't romance her)

Ah, you never played the romance and just swallow this "argument"? I challenge you to try again. Miranda does not treat you as a trophy. Not at all.jlb524 wrote...
I'm just glad I didn't romance either Jacob or Miranda. I'll stick to being friends with them and not being treated like a priiiiiize or a trophy.

That is understandable but I fail to see what that has to do with the Miranda romance (my Femshep stayed loyal to Kaidan so I never saw the Jacob romance to comment).

Can someone please explain to me how Miranda is "shameless"?
Where other people could see it.
Plain and simple.

Let's recourse the question:
What's so wrong, cursed and tainted with engine room?

This interpretation is not consistent with the way the romance plays out in the conversations. Those rather hint that Miranda may be a very private person. And why the hell would Miranda want to be seen by Zaeed and Grunt, of all people?tonnactus wrote...

I think those who made that scene overlooked the fact that there are two windows into the engine room. And Miranda suggested the engine room because it is neutral territory.

It is a total fantasy that other people saw it. The game never indicates that.
Making up stuff and then using that to prove something is 'plain and simple' only proves you are a miserable hater 'plain and simple'
Meh.

I dont know it. But she suggested and did it there. I also dont think that shepardt himself would really think that doing it in mirandas quarters would put her somehow over him so "neutral territorry" is needed.Ieldra2 wrote...

You conveniently ignored the more important argument: an intention to be seen is not consistent with the way the romance plays out in the conversations. There is also (see Valmy's argument) no indication that someone did see except in some manipulated pictures.tonnactus wrote...

As for neutral territory: it's the symbolism that counts, not the reality. Especially in matters like these, where what people feel about something is far more important than what they think.

Kasumi:
- "The engine
room really Shepard, Tali was down there and everything."

Self confident, growned up people need "neutral places"???

But we all know Kasumi cloaks around the ship so i can see her watching them!
So out of every squad mate only person would be Kasumi would know maybe EDI too.

The game dont allow to lean over to look at better places. This doesnt mean that it is impossible to spot this place.FenixBlaze wrote...
If you look in all the open widows to the engine room you cannot see where Shepard & Miranda did it!

You dont know if kasumi watched it or someone like Tali told her that.

I want to thank you for linking that. While a lot of his reviews of the two movies were just pointless creepiness... he really lays into both Episode I and II for their failures and is right pretty much every time. I was an enjoyable watch.

i don't think it was intentional on her part to have people watching or to show off or anything, rather, i believe that it was a small bit of time together and she wanted to blow off some steam and in her way, show that she cared no matter what happened.
that being said, i am a Miranda fan, and that is how i chose to view it. and i dont have Kasumi so she is a non factor

I don't truely believe that Miranda treats Shepard like a 'trophy' or that Jacob treats Shepard like a 'prize'. It's a joke in a joke thread.

All the characters do that (with the rachni queen too), it's a programming thing to make sure one squadmate supports the pro and con of any situation.Thundertactics wrote...
(Or it's a completely different Tali altogether, because after all, during the battle of the Citadel, she can tell you to either focus on Sovereign or save the Council, implying that it's not just Shepard who can have a varying personality)
Seeing Ashley support saving the rachni queen for once was pretty trippy...
