I have been having an error logging in to my account. I do not know what the problem is. The error message I get is
"Your EA account is not supported or has been disabled". I do not know how to fix it. After several attempts to log in with the same error occuring, it asks me to enter a code. Entering this code fixes nothing, and the error stays, and I am still unable to log in. Has the account been disabled or banned? Has it been deactivated? It is not a problem on my end, that I know of. It could be, but I am not sure. Has the account been disabled or something?
Is there any way to fix this, or if this is a ban/disabled scenario, will it expire?

I have Cerberus Network activation,
and I own Mass Effect 2, but not Dragon Age or Dragon Age Origins.
The account has been working normally up until this point. I do not know if it is a ban as my email account is free and it has expired since I signed up and I cannot log on, so I cannot see any messages from administrative staff.
