That's what it's based on, in fact...Quran...Qunari. They're like Muslim vikings.
Least favorite companions.

I honestly don't hate any of the companions in Origins.I just find them so likeable, really.Even Loghain. *dodges rotten fruit*
And even if Oghren is a little too easily offended in Awakening,I still find him a funny character. The only character I really despised (and that's an understatement) was Velanna.I don't care about her exile or her reasons for hating humans so much,no-one should ever be that bitter.

As his version of diplomacy seems to mean 'don't attempt to conquer' if he's the guy they sent...well, clearly they suck at diplomacy. Not that that's surprising, of course.Herr Uhl wrote...

Politcally savvy? How is he politcally savvy? He just wants to end the Blight and ignore all the political posturing as it's a waste of time.
He is a diplomat after all. He is about as politically savvy as Qunari get.
Indeed they do suck at diplomacy, the only treaty they have signed is a peace with Rivain IIRC. But he does know how to speak English (not that comfortable with the language though, thus he speaks few words).
Their foreign policy is "educate the unenlightened". And that is pretty much it.
And by "educate the unenlightened" they mean "conquer everyone who isn't Qunari and convert them to the Qun by force".
Sounds abit Muslim
Or a bit Christian.
Granted, the Chantry is much more Christian. "We must repent!" and so on. But the Exalted Marches, the "conquer everyone and force them to convert" (both in the Chantry and the Qunari world) ring true to the Christian Crusades.

For Origins
I disliked Sten the most.
Dog I always used as my tension reliever. I would go and pet him to calm my nerves ha!!
If you want to take the time it is fun to go down the Hall of Heroes and then up to the Proving Grounds with diffent charcters. They always have good party banter there. Some is really funny depending on who you have with you.
Awakenings:
I dislike Velanna another Morrigan type as far as I am concerned.
I find no reason for Justice. Just nothing great about him at all.
Characters I would like to work with again:
1. Alistair
2. Nathaniel
3. Anders
4. Sigrun
5. I like Wynne when I make her Arcane warrior.
Give her a nice sword and shield and Blood Dragon Armor and she really kicks butt.
6. Leliana
7. Zevran
8. Morrigan
9. Oghren (must be more sober or forget him.)
10. Shale
All others I have no care for one way or another.
