You don't even realize technology has advanced to the point where they can both both the same thing. 

Yet you don't even realize that the similarities are superficial since a monitor will always have a much greater native resolution relative to it's size.  I can play Mass Effect 2 at 2560x1600 resolution and YOU CAN'T!

Hell yes!  I finished in 20:10.  Not my personal record for a 5K(personal record is 19:33) but this was when I was injured keep in mind.
A good warm up for my inveitable win in the upcoming Louisville marathon.

Yes you should be impressed because a REAL gamer knows that TVs are for consoles and for A monitor is for X-treme graphical performance and people whose computers are man enough to handle that kind of PC horsepower.

Just check out how incredible this looks and imagine it running on average at 60 frames per second.
