Are you using 7-zip 4.65? Switch to 9.15.
I think I might have used LZMA2 which needs 9.x.

And don't worry about the beta status of 9.15. It runs more stable than programs in a RTM state by other companies. ;)

I used 9.15, and when I tried to extract the file, it said "Cannot open file as archive". Do you know what that means? Also, does the operating system matter? I have Windows 7 and a lot of the other programs that I tried are not updated enough to run on Windows 7.

Perhaps the nexus' download server had problems.

Did you try to download the file again?

If redownloading also won't work for you, you still can try the zip version here on the social site:

I wen to the project page and then the file tab and it said that there were "no files in this project". It was there when I last visited the project page, but now it's gone.

Oh, I haven't set the visibility to "Everyone". Now it should work.

Okay. I extracted the files. Is that all I have to do?

It works. Thank you very much. Especially for being patient with my general lack of ability to even work with computers.

*sniff* I'm on the console version... hasn't been fixed yet... probably won't is my guess. Unlike PC too many games come out for consoles too fast for a fix like this to matter. most Xbox type gamers don't bother playing through a game more than once so fixing something after the game has been released more than a month helps very few users. I still wish they would do it, but... I kind of understand as, after all, the various armor sets you can dream up are all pretty cool so just having one not quite work right and you receive at the very end of the DLC is pretty pointless effort as far as return on the time/money investment. Of course... the fact the game is released so obviously 'broken' is a statement on how much 'playability' the game manufacturer is willing to trade-off for release date, but that is a whole other conversation. Hey, Bioware... research the list of past gaming companies that are no longer around and then correlate that to the downturn in business (sales) matched to the level of 'bug pinch' they trade-off for... methinks it might open a few eyes. Release 'broken' games at your peril...
