Very odd and frustrating issue, and I appreciate any help in getting it resolved.  I added some bioware points to my account, then purchased the Alternate Appearance pack for ME2.  I then clicked on Kasumi to purchase it.  Everything looked good, but once I clicked the final purchase button, it sent me to a screen confirming the purchase of the Appearance Pack, and it deducted the cost of the Appearance pack from my bioware points.

Who can I contact to get this corrected?
