I'm level 10, loving the game. I've only found one single rune in my whole playtime. I now have an item with 2 rune slots. Where do I get runes? Random drops? Can I buy them somewhere? Am I just being impatient?

Drops, locked chests, buy them in your camp.

keep playing, youll soon have more runes then you could ever need......most will be crap tho

Mage equipment shop in the the city has some runes for sale.
