I've been having issues with spinning NPCs due to cutscene rotation.

I place an NPC down with a keyframe at time=0, Yaw=180.
I turn the NPC to Yaw=200.
Toolset autoadjusts it to -160.

I can edit it back to 200, but it constantly puts it back to -160 with a full body spin.

What can I do to stop the spinning?

The toolset automatically tries to keep rotation in -180+180 degree range. When it happens you can enforce the value manually, so to speak -- click on the red part of orientation keyframe in the timeline, and in the Object Inspector window put the Value you want it to have, then hit enter and it should stay this way.

The trick is it will only work when editing the keyframe manually like that. The object panel will show "corrected" value which can be different from actual orientation stored in the keyframe. E.g. if you have -250 as value in keyframe, if you select the object rather than the keyframe itself the Inspector will tell you the angle is 110 degree which is technically true.
