so i started out an engineer and chose the shotgun specialization at the collector ship. let me tell ya, it is super fun. i just wander around with my evi while i have 2-3 combat drones COMPLETELY distracting everyone and i walk around unhindered to blindside people with that shotgun. i really recomend going shotgun with the engineer. it may be a little FPS multiplayer cliche with an engineer with a shotgun (i'm looking at you killzone 2:) but it really fits the engineer very well. try it out
