So heres my story:

I just bought the game Dragon Age: Origins brand new yesterday at Best Buy. Inside the game, there was a redemption code for the downloadable content
"Shale" and "Blood Dragon Armor." I followed the instructions and went
on to the website dragonage.bioware.com/redeem and entered in the code.
The code was accepted on the website. Now, the problem
is that when I loaded the game, I didn't see the downloadable content
anywhere for me to download. I tried entering the code from inside the
game, but I keep getting the invalid code popups.

So I searched around and someone on a forum said, try to download the Feastday Combo Pack for $2.99. I bought the combo pack, thinking well its only 3 bucks lets give it a try. I downloaded and installed the combo pack and there you have it, the Stone Prisoner "Shale" and the "Blood Dragon Armor" is available for download in the downloadable contents list, of which, before did not show up at all. But take note, the "Blood Dragon Armor" was listed as free in the downloadable contents, but the Stone Prisoner wasn't. The Stone Prisoner was listed and priced with $14.99, I was like WTH. So I was frustrated and highlighted and clicked on the Stone Prisoner anyways, and to miracles, it said FREE in the playstation store . Well, that's my two cents, hope it helps. Even though you might have to pay 3 bucks but still you didn't have to end up paying 15 bucks.

Note: I'll take no responsibility for this, try it at your risk, you might lose 3 bucks or you might not. Also, this finding isn't my credit to take for, I just found about this from researching and decided to spread some advice. Good luck! Oh, I'm on the Playstion 3 platform by the way.

The Feastday Combo Pack is free in Europe.

I downloaded it.

Shale and Blood Dragon Armor are still not there.

Goddammit.

Have you tried checking out the post at the bottom? Maybe you're having problems with regions, I didn't try it but it might help you.

After buying the game, I saw Stone Prisoner for $14.99 in DLC after launching the game. I was able to enter the redemption code from the insert in the game case in the DLC section of the the game. When I did, the Stone Prisoner DLC option disappeared from DLC. I also entered the redemption code for Blood Dragon Armor successfully on social.bioware.com/redeem_code.php, but could not see it on the DLC from within the game. Then I tried DownShift's suggestion of buying the Feastday combo pack for $2.99. Sure enough, both the Stone Prisoner and Blood Dragon Armor were available for download via the game's DLC section. Good to go now, albeit Bioware upped revenue by 6% ($53 vs. $50)....Thanks for the great tip, DownShift!

Ahh... I love you. I purchased the Feast Combo Pack and my Collector's Edition, Blood Dragon Plate, and The Stone Prisoner all show up as "Purchased".
