America's censorship laws and social taboos are the worst IMO.

I'm 14 and a half dude and I'm on my 7th ME2 playthrough, and I started
playing ME when I was 13. You Ydon't seem to fit the mature description yourself, I know your Greek, but that has nothing to do with that was the most awkard garble of text I've ever read, but I got the message.
I wouldn't say ME2 is really any more explicit then Avatar TBH, the only real place it's worse is the language, but it's over 10times as long as Avatar, so.

I am from the U.S. and well....

Yea violence is very baaad in Germany. In Videogames anyways. Our government´s dislike for killing didn´t prevent us from joining the war in Afghanistan for example. Apparently killing in real life is not as bad as in a game.

But don´t think they don´t censor nudity or sex here. They still do.

I visited Germany many years ago. My impression was, they treated nudity with much more maturity than the states. America still has a long way to go in this regard. We are the still a 'teenager' compared to Europe and other countries. And I don't care if that angers my fellow Americans  - it is the truth.

Teenager? Seems a bit too old to me... I'd say we're more like preteens, 12 year old kids with how the majority of the population reacts to the sight of nudity.

I lost all hope for us once they started censoring tribal nudity on the Travel Channel.

Frankly, I'm surprised Fox News didn't throw a *****fit over EDI...

Your love of sex and graphic violence (both of which aren't a sign of
maturity) in mature games is enough to show you aren't mature. They can be part of mature video games, but they don't have to be included.
No idea of the origin country of word dude, but oh well. It is a cool word^_^

Yes, the U.S are ridiculious over rating. Many "M" games in the states are 12/15 here in the UK (halo series, ME series).
Plus censoring should only be used in very extreme cases, but US censor stuff willy.

Hah. Well at least here people don't act like everyone who plays video games will be murderer or something. (Just to be clear, I can legally play any game I want-I just couldn't legally buy ME2 myself. Even then, I'm only a few months off being able to, and I don't see how those few months will make me suddenly mature amazingly to the point where anything with a 15 lable is suitable:happy:

Mass effect 2 would be a great game whether it had violent dismemberment or not. As an RPG, it doesn't really need so much combat focus as it is.
Nothing is immature about liking them, but claiming games like ME need them to be great is wrong at best.
