Yea violence is very baaad in Germany. In Videogames anyways. Our government´s dislike for killing didn´t prevent us from joining the war in Afghanistan for example. Apparently killing in real life is not as bad as in a game.
But don´t think they don´t censor nudity or sex here. They still do.

You know, America isn't the only country in the world. Outside of America, hard as it may be to believe, Mass effect 1 and 2 have different age ratings.
So can people please stop acting like the only rating system around is ESRB (a system I'm no fan of). In England, Australia, Germany and other countries they are either rated 12 or 15 upwards.
Yeah, in the UK ME1 is actually 12 - even with the sex scene lol - while ME2 is 15. Apparently here they think sex isn't bad, but cursing ooh no.

Imagine a kid play ME2 ok ?
And see the face of a collector ... lol
And the same time the collector was saying "ASSUMING DIRECT CONTROL !!!!"
What you see from that ??? mmm ?
This "message" isnt mature enough ???
So dont concentrate only to the sex scenes but in all the game concept and understand
that it is FOR MATURE PLAYERS AND ONLY
CAUSE IF A KID SEE THIS - THE NEXT TIME WILL JUMP FROM A BALCONY - AND THAT'S FOR SURE LOOL:lol:

playing ME when I was 13. You Ydon't seem to fit the mature description yourself, I know your Greek, but that has nothing to do with that was the most awkard garble of text I've ever read, but I got the message.
I wouldn't say ME2 is really any more explicit then Avatar TBH, the only real place it's worse is the language, but it's over 10times as long as Avatar, so.

I visited Germany many years ago. My impression was, they treated nudity with much more maturity than the states. America still has a long way to go in this regard. We are the still a 'teenager' compared to Europe and other countries. And I don't care if that angers my fellow Americans - it is the truth.

Why is it mature not to like Sex and Drugs And Rock´n´Roll?I don't want to be blunt, but I believe I act more maturely then many of the "mature" gamers I see her begging for GOW scale violence etc and going into poorly-typed noob rages every time the wind blows a direction they like.
Now can my age never mentioned again and people treat me the same as before please, whether in jest or not?

Hah. Well at least here people don't act like everyone who plays video games will be murderer or something. (Just to be clear, I can legally play any game I want-I just couldn't legally buy ME2 myself. Even then, I'm only a few months off being able to, and I don't see how those few months will make me suddenly mature amazingly to the point where anything with a 15 lable is suitable:happy:
I don't play games judged off the rating tag and reviews. I play them based off content and quality. I hope I haven't given any other impression.
I´m not a fan of games with nothing but sex and violence, but if the main focus is on story and Gameplay then every bit of graphic detail in the kills is a bonus.
Mass effect 2 would be a great game whether it had violent dismemberment or not. As an RPG, it doesn't really need so much combat focus as it is.
Nothing is immature about liking them, but claiming games like ME need them to be great is wrong at best. Now can my age never mentioned again and people treat me the same as before please, whether in jest or not?
No, I don´t think so. I will forever tell that you are younger than me because it´s dan hard not to be the youngest here with only 18 years.
*sigh* Alright then.
