BACKGROUND : Known for having a high pain threshold. This was due to an undercover mission with the Eclipse, which went wrong due to a mole at Alliance HQ informing them of Vayne's attempt to crack them. Eclipse leaders found out about Vayne's undercover sistuation and immediately had him tortured. After 5 days of none stop torture, Eclipse leaders realised Vayne was not going to give them any information on why the Alliance had sent him. The Alliance sent in a special ops team to try to get Vayne back. They discovered his body in the back of a storage container where he was discovered to have lost and eye, 3 fingers missing and a severly broken left leg, due to torture. Spec ops were stunned to notice he still had a pulse.



After serious cosmetic surgery to replace the leg and fingers. Doctors could do nothing for his missing eye, but used new technology which replaced the eye with an infa-red Identification scanner to help Vayne ID recognise everyone who has personal ID on records.



POWERS : Due to owning the new A.F.K.37 sniper rifle. With the right upgrades, this gun has been tested to stop a MAKO in its tracks.

But seriously, I'd want to have mechs that can be controlled by EDI (as was mentioned above), but instead of just using one mech, she could "hop" into new mechs, so for one mission she could start possessing a FENRIR, then take over a LOKI, or even a Geth moblie platform.

You could choose to focus on maintaining one body, (upgrading it, keeping it fully repaired,equipping it with the best weapons, giving it a custom paint job), or just have her "hop" from mech to mech, rigging them to explode when she leaves them.

BACKGROUND - Grew up on a ranch for most of his life until he was 15yrs old and was enrolled into Iowa Military Tech Academy.  He earned his PhD. in electrical engineering and was teaching at 19yrs. old.  He has a 173 IQ, but with all that intelligence he tends to get into a lot of trouble.  He stopped teaching at 20 because he was bored and wanted to see some action on the field.

Once he became old enough to drink he has become an alcoholic and there is not an occasion where it is a bad idea to drink.  Between 23 - 25 he spent most of his time in and out of jail where the military bailed him out a lot.   He is far too valuable for his expertise to let him stay in jail. 

He still has a lot of respect from his troops due to him going behind enemy lines to save captured allies.  Some say he is suicidal, but a proper psych eval has not been performed due to many failed attempts.  It brings him great joy to make a counselor cry.

Wall of text warning:

I have this character based on a possible new race. I don't have a name for the race or the character yet but it would be something like this:

They are a somewhat evolved race that is kept away from Citadel and other races influences for their own choices, like Japan stayed out of Occidental influence for a lot of time. So, they are rare to see among the galaxy, like the drell. They have few colonies used for taking resources. Their home world is a planet abundant in eezo, with their military most being biotics. The planet is also kept by low temperatures, then the skin of the race is covered with a lot of hair or fur (can't express this really well in english), but imagine some non-ridiculous furries.

The race and their political and social aspects are based on comunism and a powerful chosen monarchy wich leads the country through very powerful ideals. The culture would resemble oriental stuff, I would like to see a race with these traits with some japanese/chinese samurai/monk honor ideals. It's something that's missing in the ME universe IMO. The society usually stays well because of their evolved society based on strong ideals and humble people. They have ME technology but very restrict to their military. They would enter in ME3 based on a reaper invasion to their space in which they have no choice but to ask for the help of the Citadel, that's when Shep come in.

The character would be a Spectre renegade from their planet by making a huge mistake in his past that wants to help his people.
Wepons - Assault rifle and Shotgun
Occupation: *Race name* Special Ops. Evolves into *Race name* Destroyer (increases weapon dmg, power dmg), *Race name* Defender (decreases powers cooldown and increases health)
Powers - Barrier. Evolves into Squad Barrier, Heavy Barrier
Concussive shot. Evolves into Warp shot, Consussive Blast.
Exclusive/loyalty power - Biotic Takedown. It the character is close to the target he will punch the enemy with a huge mass effect field impact. If he is far from the target he will move the mass effect field down in the direction of the target like a hammer. The evolved powers involve aoe and a heavy version.
