I played at least 10 playthroughs before the update and never once did it freeze.
Now, I can't get Origins to play without it freezing constantly.
I am going to have to stop playing as it will eventually screw up my PS3.
It is like unplugging your computer and not turning it off correctly.
Any news yet on a fix for this?

Read back about 10 posts or something. Patch will be released tonight.

Just hope you're in Europe or Australia. Seems Sony got the patch to them, but decided to screw over NA players.OrlesianWardenCommander wrote...

It was unplayable, now I've downloaded the patch and bought the DLC's, BUT the freeze problem isn't fixed.
I played 1 or 2 hours and my freeze problem wasn't fixed.
I hope that u understand my crappy english, cause I'm german.
Freeze at:
Orzammar 3 times in 30 minutes.
after that i could play approx an hour, then freeze at Branka.
I don't know what to do, i love this game and want to play it >.<
