The dev said "4 PM PST tomorrow May 18". Now is "9 AM PST May 18" which is BEFORE what the dev said.

That's the biggest bogus I ever read!! You are online with your ps3, start the game, and a message pops up telling you that there's a software update available and you're saying it may be a wrong one??? Aarrgghh....  I guess Germans were lucky for a change to receive it so soon! And yes, it is the right one, my trophies went from 100% down to 95%, and the game has been working just fine! No freezes!!!!!!!!

But still.... The people who have still freezes with the new patch,

Everything works just fine after the patch. I didn't delete anything, nor did I start a new game.

how did Bioware lie?  I didnt know they all of a sudden was the ones to post patches to PSN.  i thought that was Sony's job

I've had 4 hours of play with the new patch installed. Didn't save as often as I did pre-patch. No freezes at all.

ive been playing for hours on the uk update, no problems at all so far

I haven't been prompted either. I have confirmed that I am logged onto the PSN network and the DAO servers, no patch. I am in the USA EST. Anyone on EST recieve the patch yet?
