Well... i'm not as lucky it just froze for a 4th time. I'm really starting to get pissed off. Haven't even finished the game. Might as well youtube it =_=

Gah, turned off all the profile syncing and the like and thought I had it cracked, nope, froze up after a long conversation.

For the record I disabled internet connection (in the PS3 menu) and have not had an problems so far. I've been playing several hours now with no issues.

It may be worth a try, ey?

If we could have fixed this by ourselves someone would have stumbled upon the solution by now. No, this is something that can only be fixed by Bioware(who like every other company in the world, probably don't work in the weekends), or Sony(who will never acknowledge the issue).

That worked for me too, for a while. Trust me when i say that you simply got lucky(for now). It will eventually freeze on you.

Lol people repeating the same thing all over now thread is being flooded. I think we should all wait for Bioware to answer now all possible issues and fixes have been mentioned

No, this is something that can only be fixed by Bioware(who like every other company in the world, probably don't work in the weekends), or Sony(who will never acknowledge the issue).

Well maybe they should when they are now letting people buy a product that is broken out of the box.

I really feel for those of you who just got the game because at least the rest of us have had some time on it. Must say I just started Awakening and now I don't know if I'm going to get it finished for a while.

It's extremely frustrating because you get a nice taster for the game then all of a sudden it's crash time.

What about the people who pre-ordered the game? I personally paid 80 bucks to pre-order the CE if they start giving out all that stuff for free I'd expect a lot of people who did the same as me to start ****ing

Tried it, amongst other things, and it didn't work

Hey Chrissy I restored my PS3 to default settings today and got about 3 hours before it crashed. Tried again later and got another 3 hours and it crashed again. I managed to finish the 'Paragon of her kind' quest though so i'm pretty happy.

No email from Bioware yet though... Have you heard anything from them?

Has anyone else heard anything, for that matter?

Ah that sucks. Today was the first time I played in a few days. I was trying to hold off till there was a fix fearing the long term effects of having to reboot my PS3 ALL the time. I couldn't help myself today though

I still get freezes, but it feels like I can go longer without it crashing.

I've been busy running errands and getting some studying done.  Maybe tonight I'll be able to sneak an hour or 3!

froze at 'frightened servant' 2 times
froze in largish hall (to the left from servant dialogue scene) 1 time
froze in entranceroom to treasury 1 time
froze in gateroom 3 times
