So I pay the money, buy the points, download the Kasumi Stolen Memory DLC, install it, run the game and it tells me it can't be authorized and that I should log into the cerburus network with the account I purchased the DLC on.

Except I AM on the account I purchased the DLC on. This is my one and only account. The Kasumi DLC IS listed among the other DLC I downloaded on this account.

I'd ask EA, but they answer without answering and life is too short. So I am here begging the real experts for some help.

One other guy had this problem, he posted it on the forum, but before anyone could offer any solutions he came back to his post and said "It's working now." with zero explanation as to how, so here I am asking for help. What's the trick to get this thing working (never mind that there shouldn't be a trick. It should just work)?

Pleas help me out.
