Liara and Tali in Mass Effect.Taking down all the geth colossi and armatures on foot on virmire was such a pleasure.In the first parts of the game kaidan and wrex.

Mass Effect 2:It varies to much.Only zaeed always come on geth missions.(squad disruptor)

In ME1 I usually ran around with Tali and Liara or Tali and Wrex.



In ME2 I find myself bringing Grunt along for most missions. The second person depends on the mission. Lately I've been using Kasumi a lot.

ME 1: Adept with Ashley and Garrus



ME 2: Infiltrator with Grunt and Legion - they both get custom weapons and can tear enemies up real quick. i use Garrus/Thane until i get legion bc they both are accurate snipers.

My favourite thing to do is max our e-drain, garrus's overloard and take E-drain for my character then just have a fireworks show

Combat drone has saved my ass more times than I can count

Also Tali with squad cryo and Garrus with AP and my soldier with Inferno is awesome

ME2:Garrus and Grunt/Miranda for first half,second half Garrus and Grunt/Legion since Legion is acquired so late, I don't get much use of him, but Legion+Widow is just a BEAST.

I never played ME1, never discovered the game till now. Definitely playing it through now that I've finished ME2, and then I'll play ME2 again!



In ME2 I played a Vanguard, so it usually was me on Bio, Legion on Tech and then Thane. I loved Kasumi as well, so she and Garrus hung around till I acquired the previously mentioned. I never really liked any tech characters till I got Legion.

Arguable.  In any case, the only reason I used her in ME1 was because hacking and decryption relied on skills.

ME1 - Tali and Liara (I was an adept). No problems at all, with 2 adepts, no one was going anywhere.



ME2 - Garrus and Zaeed (though I varied it a fair bit.) Mostly based on the fact that I like both characters a lot, the game isn't hard enough that it really matters who you take.

ME1- Wrex and Tali

ME2- Miranda and generally a heavy hitter like Grunt or Zaeed, if i was facing mechs, Zaeed for disruptor ammo, if not Grunt for incendiary.

In ME2 I do vary somewhat, but those are my preferred squad mates.

Same here.

As for ME2, i still used Tali most of the time as she managed to stay alive through most missions. Since this game has a more diverse cast of useful squad members i did enjoy most of them but usually switched between Jack and Samara (this regarding the 2nd member of my squad, of course).

ME1 - Garrus and Liara/Kaiden/Ashley (depending on if I wanted Biotics or not)

ME2 - Garrus and Jack for the most part. Also used Legion pretty heavily once I got him. Miranda is useful on insanity.

I usually go with Wrex and Tali in Me 1. In Me2, I go with Tali and Grunt.

For ME1 I used Garrus with Ashley or Wrex.



For ME2, I tend to use Miranda with Kasumi, Garrus, or Grunt. I sometimes use Legion later on when I get him but usually not since you get him so late in game.

ME2: Grunt and whoever I felt like picking at the time.

Most often, it's Legion (because he's as close as I can get to a REAL soldier).

Garrus is the next most often chosen.

And Miranda after him.



Unless I'm tailoring to specific mission requirements, I don't usually change from those choices listed above.
