Both seems equally good to me, running a Vanguard now should more Health be of a higher priority instead of Damage?

That's my point. I like Cerberus Leader 'cos I use the Shuriken a lot with my infiltrator.
But when I'm one-shotting stuff with the widow, it's like ... I shoulda brought Thane along instead.

Go with damage IMO, the health is too little a difference too be noticed, especially on Insanity.
