Maybe it's crap for you, while others, like me, like it.
Be more open minded, or are you one of those people while they are out and a bad song starts playing, go straight to the DJ and complain??

He could be one of those people who think Rap dominates the world.

You can't even come close to saying that the song does not fit the theme. It does almost perfectly, would you rather have some rap or country? Definitely wouldn't fit.

I think everyone is misunderstanding the point that the OP is making. He's saying that some random pop music doesn't fit with Dragon Age not that he'd rather have Chet Atkins or whatever playing instead. Why wouldn't the credits feature an awesome classical or orchestral score like the rest of the game? Why put in some music that some may like and others dislike when you can just as easily put in a score that fits with the rest of the game? To this point I agree.

I hold that this is just one of the myriad of threads & posts seen here in the new forums that make me almost content that DAO is NOT multi-player.... *sighs*

Yeah lets face it, 30 secs to Mars really doesn't fit with the game, but some developer probably likes them cuz This is War was on one of the pre-release trailers too, iirc. Although I dont think it makes any real impact on the quality of the game; you've finished the game itself by the time said music starts playing. If you ask me what they should have put on instead......... I'd go with In the End by Linkin Park-even though the band don't really go with the game, that particular song fits perfectly.

And who sits through over 30 minutes of credits rolling?

And what does that have anything to do with pop music being part of the DAO credits?
Ahh so only people who agree with you have wits? Before you say anything along the line of "Oh but they expressed their opinion coherently" So has everyone else.Luc0s wrote...
