For the 4 summoning circles inside the mage tower, near the start of it.

I opened the first 3 using the clues from the book on what order to click things.

On the 4th there were no clues that I could find. Can anyone help me out.

Summon all 3 creatures, this in turn casues Arl Foreshadow to appear, and you have to steal a note from him before he disappears.

Or if that isn't what you are asking then this is:

Apprentice Quarters: Two Codex enteries are located in the footloackers, one being in the library

Senior Mage: One Codex Entry in the study by Owain, one Codex entry on the opposite end of the study by the blood mages

Great Hall: One Codex Entry near the back wall of the main room.

I summoned the third one, a boar I think, and killed it. I don't remember Arl. I am about 30 mins past that now, and don't know how to go back. Maybe I can repeat the summoning steps and do it again. I will try that.

In the next room there is a 4th summoning circle on the ground, named summoning circle 4. Nothing has come of it yet.

You have to do all of the parts for the other three summoning events in order. Besides activting the summoner pedestal each time of course.

I activated the first 3 circles already by doing the steps in order and now they are missing so I can't repeat the first 3 summonings.



The forth summoning circle is there but I can't figure out how to make it summon anything.

Oh ok, I figured out how to summon him, I just did all the steps again, skipping the first step and last step each time since they didn't make sense.



The dude appeared, I tried to pick his pocket and failed. Lilliana only had 2 points in stealing though.

Well, I figured it was rather obvious you wouldn't do the circle parts since they're no longer present.  Suppose I could have clarified that part.

How to make a use out of fourth summoning and be happy with it ever after:

- proceed to the magic fountain and touch it

- do all the proper moves for the first summoning

- do all the moves for second (don't touch the fountain again)

- do all the moves for the third one (still don't touch the starting pedestal)

- walk near the fourth circle (located in the round part of the library, near the door to the upper leve, behind shelves - entry at the laying shelf)

- check if you have a pickpocketer with max skill (Leliana seems quite good for that) at your side near the circle

- IF you don't have any maxed skill pickpocketer at the very moment - DON't touch the cookies

- if you have someone able to pickpocket at your side - then place them behind the circle (looking from the point of view of entrance to the library)

- then touch the circle! and cookies

- wait for the guy to fully spawn (sometimes it bugs)

- pick pocket him!!!
