This is simply a SHAME.
I'm stuck in the N7 abandoned research lab puzzle, and the game crashes ever time I try.
Dammit, ME2 has been out for months and still a very well known bug can get you stuck forever !! I'm so furious, I'm even tempted to quit the game (though I loved it while it worked).
I tried googling it and browsing the forum, everything I found doesn't seem to work. Anyone please help ?
There is no "official" thread helping people get over this bug... and obviously the only way is to restart from an old save. I don't want to. As Bioware obviously doesn't care for players who get stuck in the middle of the game (I bought it, why should they care whether I finish it ?), maybe someone who managed to get out could give me a hand ?
Stuck FOREVER in the abandonned research lab ???

What have you tried so far? Dropping the video settings and/or resolution to the lowest possible? Looking away from the beam of light (turning the screen away from it as much as possible) - I guess it’s the place you got stuck in? Updating the video drivers? The second solution worked for me so didn’t bother with others.

I finally managed, watching a walkthrough video on youtube (like 3 times), memorizing the pattern, then reproducing the pattern turning my back to the controls...
Still, it's a shame how Bioware can let this kind of bug remain unfixed for months. For those (like me) who had only one save, it means trying everything you can or else you can quit the ga

For those (like me) who had only one save, it means trying every trick you find on google, or else quit the game ! Because when you're stuck in this room, the door is locked forever, you can't even quit the mission.
If Bioware paid the slightest attention to the feedback on the technical forums, they would have fixed this long ago.
Great game, worse maintenance ever.
