Does anyone know the specifics? How I could access the Stone Prisoner DLC my brother redeemed on his profile, and how he can access the Blood Dragon Armor DLC I redeemed on my profile?

An EA support Chat  guy told me I'd need to purchase the Stone Prisoner DLC (which had I known, I wouldn't have gotten Dragon Age Origins NEW, but bought it USED instead)...and that my brother would need to purchase the Blood Dragon Armor, which I believe the EA Support person meant to say he'd need to re-purchase Dragon Age: Origins, because I don't think the Blood Dragon Armor is available on PSN.

I'd just like to know how the content sharing works, and the details. Otherwise it's like playing Russian Roulette everytime I want to buy Bioware DLC.
