Yeah, i heard running it as admin would work, but one little problem, when I right click on the icon, the run as admin bar is not there, nor is it in the properties, this is the only account on my computer, so I have to be admin right?

You should have administrator priviledges, but Vista treats admins a little differently than XP did. If you're clicking on the right file (an .exe file) it should give you the option to run the program as an admin. If you don't get that option, I would say your account doesn't have admin priviledges, for whatever reason, but you can add that to you windows account in the control panel, and then go to the "user accounts" item.
