Who/What Should Be the Epic Villain of ME3?

Who or what would you want to be the final villain of Mass Effect 3?
It doesn't have to be something that already exists. You can totally make it up from your imagination. If you want, you can even give a brief scene with your antagonist in action.
--For me, I thought that a throw back to Saren would be pretty cool, only instead of a modded Turian it can be a modded Human.
He'd be known only as "Prophet", a mysterious villain clothed in white silk robes and dawning biotic abilities drenched in "Dark Energy" (whatever the f@ck that is. I think it's like the polar opposite of Mass Effect energy). His deal would be that he wants to build a vast multi-species cult (and is) to worship the coming Reapers, making people give themselves wholly unto the dark mechanical gods and securing his masters' victory over the galaxy.
Oh, and I imagine Liam O'Brian voicing him, because that dude rocks.

you can't just have Shepard running around shooting swarms of colossal warships with his machine gun/submachine gun.

Dark energy is the "stuff" of space that can't be seen, can be flown through, but still has mass....somehow. Manipulating that stuff is probably the real world secret to FTL travel. Sorry about the science lesson.TheCynicalReaper wrote...

Your idea is a little far fetched because, well, there aren't usually big cults as only a few people are dumb enough to believe the bat****-insane leader.

Also, it would be a nice touch if he or she flies around in a 'rebuilt' Normandy, with some of the old parts being re-used, with people you've met and let live as his/her allies (think Shiala or Sidonis).

Or whoever was killed on Virmire. I suspect Bioware pulling something like this. Anyone every play Advent Rising? If so you'll know what I'm talkin' about.

Yes, I want the immortal dreadnaught to be angry with Shepard personally. Good times!
As for Harbinger's dragon, I'm not really sure. A squad member could work (Harbinger ef****g with Shepard), but they'd have to get indoctrinated pretty early on to actually give them a sense of being the enemy. Kind of necessitates there being a Collector-like group existing in the galaxy. Of course, the ME1 formula can't really work directly. A Saren just doesn't have the same poignancy when everyone knows it's really the Sovereign pulling the strings.

Au contraire, it would make it emotionally more engaging.
