In vanilla DAO there was a roughly 30% cap on %damage effects, such as %spirit damage. Has this cap been altered for awakening?
I have noticed items with mods such as +100% spirit damage, which would imply that they had removed the cap.
Also has chain lightning had its spellpower coefficient restored?
Do momentum and haste now properly stack?
Caps on %damage items and other odd gameplay questions
